How can Skills for Industry 2 help you?

ESF funding has allowed us to provide financial support to local employers within the region which makes it economically viable for all ambitious businesses - large and small - to invest in training. With our support, the increased investment in workforce development and skills can become the driver for increased productivity and the sustained growth of your business.

But as well as the financial incentives you can also count on our quality training providers who oversee the management and delivery of provision, providing all the expert advice you'll need. They'll be at your side offering support throughout.

Your commitment

Although Skills for Industry 2 has been set up to help you significantly reduce your training costs we will still need to ask you to undertake a financial commitment. You will be required to contribute a percentage of the cost of the training depending on the size of your business i.e. 30% for small businesses, 40% for medium sized businesses and 50% for large businesses.

We also expect you to get behind the programme in other ways. You'll need to show your support by freeing up time for staff to undergo their training and by providing suitable facilities depending on the size of your business.

Is your business eligible?

SFI2 will provide targeted support for businesses operating across South West Wales so, if you're based in this region, then your employees could benefit from the opportunities that SFI2 will offer.
